Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is not required but welcomed
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Eye for details
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more
- Willing to stand or walk for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
- Guiding guests to their table
- Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
- Providing customers with menus
- Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure an even workload for wait staff
- Answering phones
- Managing to-go orders
- Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables
- Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
- Cleans tables
- Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned
- Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations
- Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility
- Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- All other duties as assigned
