The position available is for a Host, Food Runner, and Busser within their hospitality team, which plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role is hourly, with a pay rate of $16.30 per hour.

It involves welcoming guests warmly, guiding them to their seating area, managing take-out food and beer sales, supporting the server and bar teams, and maintaining a clean workspace. Hosts are also responsible for optimizing seating arrangements to keep the restaurant flow efficient and effective communication with kitchen and bar staff is essential. Ideal candidates should have the ability to handle high-stress situations with grace, be friendly and outgoing, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous restaurant experience and certifications like Food Handlers and OLCC are important qualifications that enhance a candidate's suitability for this position.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Food Handlers certification
  • OLCC certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress environments
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
