Job Duties

Full knowledge of our menu
Running food to tables and organizing take out orders
Taking directives from Chef, Expo and FOH Management
Helping to garnish and put final set of eyes on dishes before they go to guests
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, keeping up with daily sidework and working with the rest of the staff as a solid team
Bussing and resetting tables
Keeping the dining room orderly during service
Clearing and watering guests as needed
