Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests
- managing reservations and waitlists
- answering phones and maintaining waitlists
- providing attentive and courteous customer service
- addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- taking and coordinating food and drink orders over the phone
- ensuring correct delivery of takeout orders and processing payments
- communicating orders to kitchen and bar staff
- collaborating with kitchen, bartenders, and FOH team for smooth operations
- assisting in training new FOH staff
- maintaining clean and organized FOH area
- clocking in on time and ready to work
- ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- handling and resolving guest complaints professionally
