Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • managing reservations and waitlists
  • answering phones and maintaining waitlists
  • providing attentive and courteous customer service
  • addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • taking and coordinating food and drink orders over the phone
  • ensuring correct delivery of takeout orders and processing payments
  • communicating orders to kitchen and bar staff
  • collaborating with kitchen, bartenders, and FOH team for smooth operations
  • assisting in training new FOH staff
  • maintaining clean and organized FOH area
  • clocking in on time and ready to work
  • ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
  • handling and resolving guest complaints professionally
