Job Duties
- Host, food runner, and busser duties
- Welcome guest with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Guide guests to table or bar
- Responsible for the sale of take-out food and beer
- Support server and bar in maintaining a clean workspace
- Optimize seating so the restaurant operates in a fluid motion
- Effective communication with bar and kitchen staff
- Polite, warm phone etiquette
- De-greet guests as they leave while welcoming them back for future visits
