The role offered is that of a Valet Attendant, responsible primarily for the safe and efficient operation and transport of vehicles on the casino property. The valet attendant assists guests in the valet and coat check areas, greets guests under the porte cochere, and manages vehicle parking and retrieval with meticulous care and accuracy. In addition to managing vehicles, the valet attendant collects, stores, and returns guest items, including promotional materials, ensuring all belongings are safely handled. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
  • Collect, store, track and return guest items including promotional materials
  • Greet arriving guests under the porte cochere
  • Enter and update guest information in the database
  • Park vehicles in designated areas and accurately record vehicle location on valet receipts
  • Pick up vehicles from the valet lot following safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with the supervisor on duty
  • Clear canopy area promptly for vehicles to be parked
  • Communicate valet operation and shuttle information to supervisors and team
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
  • Ensure maximum guest service and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate departmental records and reports
  • Stay informed about facility events to advise guests and employees
  • Assist with other support services duties as assigned
  • Perform other job-related duties as directed
  • Promote an atmosphere of fun for casino guests
  • Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among employees
