Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license from the state
- Good driving record
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical endurance and stamina
- Ability to perform essential physical tasks including standing, walking, running, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
- Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
- Capacity to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to respond to common inquiries
- Ability to work in a smoky, noisy casino environment
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Possesses a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Holds a Level 4 Gaming License
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning
- Physical endurance and stamina
- Ability to work in a busy casino environment
Job Duties
- Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet and coat check areas
- Collects, stores, tracks and returns items including promotional items dropped off by guests
- Greets arriving guests outside under the Porte Cochere
- Enters and updates guest information in the database
- Parks vehicles in designated areas and accurately records location on valet receipts
- Picks-up vehicles from the valet lot following safety guidelines
- Communicates effectively with the Supervisor on duty and team
- Maintains a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction
- Maintains departmental records and reports
- Stays informed about facilities and special events
- Assists with other Support Services duties as assigned
- Performs other job-related duties as directed
