Job Requirements

- minimum 1 years of management experience

- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
- ability to frequently operate cash register
- ability to frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- ability to frequently ascend and descend ladders
- physical ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
- strong communication skills for customer and team interactions
- ability to read and follow detailed instructions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensure all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers
- train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
- help oversee the daily activities of all store associates
- assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- act as manager on duty when needed
- manage the entire process of opening or closing the store
- support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
- drive store sales and control expenses
- partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery
- perform store maintenance such as taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining stock room
