CGI Federal is currently seeking a Supply Supervisor for a Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program supporting the US Army, located in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range estimated between $51,600 and $110,100 per year, reflecting the candidate's skill set, experience, and certifications. The Supply Supervisor will lead and manage day-to-day supply operations crucial to maintenance, production, engineering, and logistics activities within the program. This role encompasses overseeing tool control, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, requisition management, material accountability, and all related supply documentation.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and significant experience managing supply personnel and operations in the defense sector. Job Requirements
- AA/AS degree from accredited college or two year technical school in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- four plus years experience in supply or warehouse operations
- minimum one year supervisory or team lead experience
- knowledge of supply chain processes and material accountability
- ability to manage shipping, receiving, requisitioning, and tool control
- familiarity with supply records and audit documentation
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
- attention to detail
- forklift or material handling certification preferred
- safety certification such as OSHA 10/30 preferred
Job Qualifications
- AA/AS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- four plus years of experience in supply or warehouse operations
- at least one year of supervisory or team lead experience
- experience managing inventory, requisitions, and supply documentation
- knowledge of supply chain processes, stock control, and material accountability
- ability to manage shipping, receiving, requisitioning, and tool control
- familiarity with supply records, documentation standards, and audit requirements
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- effective communication and leadership skills
- ability to work in fast paced operational environments
- attention to detail and accuracy
- experience in defense supply, maintenance, or logistics environment
- knowledge of tool calibration tracking, hazardous materials handling, or secure storage
- familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools

- forklift or material handling certifications
- OSHA 10/30 or safety certifications
- supply or logistics industry credentials
- ability to identify supply process improvements
- experience training junior supply technicians
- capability to support audits, inventory counts, and inspections
Job Duties
- Supervise daily supply activities including issuing tools, equipment, and materials
- oversee maintenance of supply inventories, stock levels, and storage areas
- ensure supply operations comply with program requirements and task order specifics
- manage supply personnel, assign tasks, and evaluate performance
- ensure accurate tracking, control, and accountability of tools, recoverable items, and consumables
- oversee turn in, disposal, and documentation of unserviceable or excess equipment
- maintain inventory records, supply logs, and audit ready documentation
