The Supply Chain Co-op (Drexel) role at Kenvue is an exceptional opportunity for students actively pursuing their Bachelor's degrees to gain invaluable hands-on experience within the Supply Chain Management organization. This is a hybrid position based in Summit, New Jersey, where co-op students will engage in meaningful work that blends academic knowledge with practical operational skills. Reporting directly to the Manager of Retail Customer Logistics, this role plays a critical part in supporting business operations and contributing to various strategic and operational projects that underpin the company's supply chain initiatives.
In this role, co-op students will develop leadership capabilities through direct involvement in business-critical reporting, special projects, and cross-functional collaboration. Depending on their placement, students will work either in Supply Planning or Demand Planning, contributing to inventory management, demand forecasting, and continuous improvement activities. The position offers a comprehensive experience that prepares students for future careers in supply chain roles by exposing them to diverse aspects of logistics, data analysis, strategic development, and operational execution.

Job Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a bachelors degree program
- At least sophomore standing
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Pursuing a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Strong interest in supply chain management
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during the co-op
- Reliable transportation to and from work for hybrid position in Summit, NJ
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must be actively enrolled during co-op timing, pursuing a bachelors degree, and be at least a sophomore
- Pursuing a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field such as economics, finance, business administration, engineering
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative is strongly preferred
- Possess a strong interest in supply chain management
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in microsoft excel including experience with V-Lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Proven leadership ability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment with tight timelines
- Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency
