The Valet Manager role at SP+ plays a pivotal part in maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction at one of its locations. This position involves hands-on management and supervision of valet services, ensuring adherence to all contractual guidelines, company policies, and safety standards. The Valet Manager leads by example, greeting guests courteously, managing vehicle flow safely, and fostering a professional image of the business. Responsibilities also extend to staffing — including hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling a capable valet team based on anticipated vehicle volume to meet service demands.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

- create staffing schedules based on anticipated vehicle volume
