Job Requirements
- minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months related experience or training
- valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles depending on location
- clear oral communication skills
- ability to write clearly and interpret written information
- maintain positive customer service attitude
- ability to adapt to work environment changes
- sound judgment
- physical capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in the day-to-day management of valet operations within contractual guidelines
- greet guests courteously
- ensure customers receive timely service
- assist customers in and out of their vehicles
- drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and professionally
- assist with hiring, training, and coaching the valet team
- create staffing schedules based on anticipated vehicle volume
- maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and ensure security of vehicles and keys
- prepare and process daily paperwork for audit compliance
- maintain cleanliness of drive lanes and crosswalks
- implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity
- identify vehicle makes and models
- substitute for other positions as necessary
- perform other duties as assigned
