SP Plus is currently seeking a dedicated Valet Manager to join their team in Glendale, Arizona. This role is essential to the daily management of valet operations at a designated location, ensuring that all services are conducted within the contractual guidelines while upholding company policies, fostering client relations, and maintaining a professional business image. The Valet Manager plays a pivotal role in creating an exceptional customer experience by overseeing smooth operational processes and ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include welcoming guests with courtesy, assisting with vehicle handling, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures. This position also involves supervising, training, and coaching the valet team to uphold high standards of service and professionalism. The Valet Manager is responsible for staffing schedules that reflect anticipated parking demands and implementing effective staging plans to maximize capacity. Knowledge of vehicle makes and models, as well as a general understanding of vehicle operation, is necessary to fulfill the duties.

Candidates should be prepared to engage in physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasionally climbing or balancing while working in various weather conditions. Safety of cars and keys is paramount, and the role demands sound judgment, adaptability to unexpected situations, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the company’s appreciation of customer service excellence.
