Job Requirements

Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months related experience or training
Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission may be required depending on location
Ability to speak clearly, listen, and respond to questions
Ability to write clearly and interpret written information
Maintains positive attitude and customer service skills
Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events
Exhibits sound judgment
Ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring valet operations are handled within contractual guidelines
Greet guests courteously
Ensure customers are receiving timely service
Assist customers in and out of their vehicle
Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team
Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume
Maintain full compliance to standard operating procedures while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times
Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
Ensure drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
Create and implement a successful staging plan utilizing all aspects of the location's layout to ensure maximum parking capacity
Quickly distinguish vehicle makes and models and have general knowledge of vehicle operations
Substitute for any position if necessary
Complete other duties as needed
