This full-time Supervisor position, based in Sparks, NV (USA - Parkway), offers a competitive hourly wage range of $21.00 to $22.00 and operates on a 6 AM to 3 PM shift. The Supervisor role is integral within the security team, responsible for directing and overseeing security guards during assigned shifts at client sites. The individual in this position acts as a leader, offering coaching and disciplinary measures when necessary, and ensures that all security protocols and post orders are strictly followed. Supervisors at Securitas not only provide guidance but also perform the duties of security guards as required, maintaining a vigilant presence to observe activities, report incidents, and enforce site regulations that pertain to personnel and visitors.

The role emphasizes a strong customer service approach and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stressful conditions. Supervisors are tasked with conducting periodic site tours to check for irregularities, inspecting protection devices and fire control equipment, and filing reports related to security incidents.
