Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years supervisory or management experience
- Minimum two years experience in transportation-related work including traffic safety or management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to implement State and Federal DOT rules
- Advanced computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to train others
- Ability to read and comprehend traffic management and training materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including radio usage
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules for after-hours activities

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Supervises daily transportation operations ensuring efficient, safe, policy-aligned service delivery
- Addresses operational or personnel issues making route or assignment adjustments as needed
- Develops and implements initiatives to strengthen contract performance, cost efficiency, and service quality
- Supports innovation and service enhancements through technology and digital tools
- Provides team leadership with clear expectations fostering a high performance culture
- Maintains positive working relationships encouraging collaborative problem solving
- Builds strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and families to resolve issues
