Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, attractions, or hospitality preferred
- Prior experience in guest service or customer-facing roles required
- Experience handling cash, POS systems, and shift operations a plus
- Seasoned safety ambassador
- Background in team-based work environments preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth exhibit and retail activity
- Support the General Manager by assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Act as a first point of contact for guest questions, concerns, or escalations
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking as needed
- Provide feedback and coaching to frontline staff to improve performance and engagement
- Communicate updates, goals, and expectations from management to the team
- Support the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Assist with implementing promotions, events, and other operational initiatives
- Meet sales goals and criteria
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure operational efficiency
