Your responsibilities also include maintaining a sanitary and hygienic back-of-house environment, supporting inventory management and equipment needs, and coordinating the delivery of food and equipment to various hotel functions. Beyond operational duties, you will help develop and support your team through scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition of achievements. Monitoring performance metrics such as breakage, loss, and inventory updates will be important to support cost control and optimize efficiency.

Collaboration is key to your role, as you will work closely with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to guarantee seamless guest service. You will also uphold strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to protect both guests and team members. Hilton emphasizes a culture where hospitality shines through every interaction, and as a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be instrumental in embodying and spreading that warmth and light.
