Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years experience in food and beverage storeroom, stewarding, or management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Knowledge of safe and sanitary cleaning procedures
  • Understanding of union labor law and contracts
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement daily assignments
  • Good judgment skills
  • Ability to manage and train staff
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient service
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Obtain and maintain a gaming license if required
  • Obtain and maintain a food handler's card
  • Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if authorized driver

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise lead stewards, utility clerks, and inventory control staff
  • Organize and monitor work processes
  • Enforce health and safety guidelines
  • Assist in daily administrative duties and maintain cleaning schedules
  • Implement training programs for dishwashing, maintenance, sanitation, and safety
  • Ensure cleanliness and productivity standards in all areas
  • Manage inventory levels and control departmental costs
  • Maintain refuse area and back-of-house cleanliness
  • Identify and address safety hazards
  • Perform additional duties to support department operations
