Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Valid State of California Registered Nurse license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Experience in case management

  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Current State of California Registered Nurse license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by AHA
  • Accredited Case Management Certification (ACMA) preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and directing case management services
  • Supervise RN Case Managers within the Case Management/Social Work Department
  • Manage day-to-day patient care operations and provide team support
  • Handle conflict management, negotiation, and team building
  • Administer budget and mentor others
  • Direct patient assignments, staff scheduling, and evaluations
  • Oversee patient flow and assist in meeting financial targets by managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies
