Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
- Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred
- Previous healthcare management experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support certification required
- Active RN license in state of employment or compact state required
Job Qualifications

- Previous lead or supervisor experience overseeing nursing units preferred
- Previous healthcare management experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active RN license in state of employment or compact state
Job Duties
- Implementing and monitoring programs and practices for the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care for patients and their families
- Ensuring consistent application of nursing services policies and standards throughout the organization
- Monitoring patient outcomes and quality and effectiveness of nursing care
- Overseeing the performance of nursing teams
- Identifying and addressing staff training and development needs
- Assisting the Director in analyzing, planning, and evaluating nursing programs
- Participating in the development and implementation of service line strategic business plans
