The role being offered is for a supervisory position within Yanfeng’s production environment, where leadership and operational excellence are paramount. In this capacity, the supervisor will manage a team of 20 or more direct reports and play a crucial part in overseeing production schedules, quality standards, and team performance. Training and continuous assessment of employee performance are vital aspects of the role, ensuring that team members are certified operators and that training matrices are current and aligned with departmental goals. The supervisor will compile and distribute key performance indicator (KPI) data and end-of-shift reports to keep management and support teams informed of production status. Monitoring product quality at every stage of the production process and actively participating in team leader meetings and quality initiatives are also key functions of this role. Furthermore, the supervisor is expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements daily, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production operations. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in production supervision, particularly within the automotive industry.
