In addition to operational duties, the supervisor will undertake administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, training, documenting performance and disciplinary actions, and preparing reports to inform management decisions. They play a vital role in developing programs that enhance operational efficiencies and supporting ongoing sustainability initiatives within Food and Nutrition Services. The position demands a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skill, and hospitality sensitivity to effectively manage food operations that meet healthcare regulations and patient needs.
