The Supervisor Key Holder role within Original Penguin is designed as a support position to assist in efficiently running retail store operations. This role works closely with the Store Manager to oversee both operational and sales management functions, aiming to ensure that the sales team meets its goals in terms of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Supervisor Key Holder plays a critical role in managing store replenishment, executing marketing and promotional changes aligned with company directives, and supporting the training and development of sales associates. This position demands a proactive leadership style capable of motivating staff and maintaining high operational standards. Responsibilities extend to maintaining the store's visual appeal and cleanliness, understanding business trends through sales reports and inventory analysis, and contributing to the store’s overall success.

As a member of Original Penguin’s store management team, the Supervisor Key Holder also plays a vital part in upholding Human Resources standards including confidentiality and accountability.
