Job Duties
- Function as a role model by prioritizing customer needs
- achieve excellent secret shopper report scores
- maintain visually distinctive and impeccably clean store appearance
- promote merchandise with product knowledge and assist customers
- support store strategy execution in alignment with corporate initiatives
- prioritize workflow through effective planning and time management
- support appropriate staffing levels based on business trends

- assist Store Manager in maintenance and cleanliness standards
