The role of Supervisor at Legends Global presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment centered around live stadium events. This position will be based at the newly opening Highmark Stadium for the 2026 NFL season, which will serve as the home of the Buffalo Bills. Highmark Stadium is noted as the largest construction project in Western New York’s history and will feature state-of-the-art technology aimed at enhancing the fan experience. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role by overseeing all services within your assigned area to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and compliance with all state, local, and company policies. This position requires a hands-on approach in managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and supporting operational excellence during events.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the timing and production of service with kitchen staff and other functional teams, ensuring that all service standards are met at each service stand. You will manage staffing by ensuring employees are adequately trained before events, hold pre-shift meetings to reinforce training and operational updates, and supervise compliance with all laws, including transaction policies and ID checks for guests. Inventory management duties such as ordering supplies and receiving deliveries, as well as reconciling point-of-sale systems and revenues, will also be key components of your role. Furthermore, you will promote safe work practices, maintain a positive and collaborative attitude among staff, and enforce uniform policies to uphold a professional environment. The Supervisor position demands flexibility, physical stamina, and dedication to customer service excellence in an environment characterized by loud noises, varying weather conditions, and the dynamic pace of live events.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service
  • Ensures the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled
  • Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events
  • Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders
  • Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues
  • Conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel
  • Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transaction policies and checking IDs for every guest
  • Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management
