Known for its commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer service, TICO operates in the fuel logistics industry, where efficient and reliable fuel handling is critical for maintaining continuous operation of leased and owned equipment. As a dedicated service provider, TICO ensures that fueling and defueling activities are conducted within stringent safety and regulatory standards, making it a trusted partner for companies reliant on fuel-intensive fleet operations. The company emphasizes adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and internal safety procedures to safeguard employees and maintain environmental compliance.

A significant aspect of the role includes managing and coordinating fueling schedules, monitoring inventory usage, and ensuring accurate logging of equipment and fuel consumption. Additionally, the supervisor leads safety training programs, emergency response drills, and spill management procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and comply with regulatory requirements.

This position requires the ability to handle both administrative and operational tasks. The Fuel User Group Supervisor assists the department manager with compiling reports related to fuel usage, OSHA compliance, and hazardous materials spills, combining practical field knowledge with administrative oversight. The role demands strong leadership skills to guide and evaluate employees through performance reviews, coaching, and instruction on standard operating procedures. Flexibility to work abnormal shifts and overtime is necessary due to the nature of fleet operations that may occur around the clock. Candidates for this position will benefit from a comprehensive understanding of hazardous materials handling, emergency response, and equipment maintenance. Physical demands include standing, bending, climbing, and the ability to handle up to 50 lbs safely in an outdoor environment. The role is critical to ensuring time-sensitive leased equipment is fueled and ready for deployment promptly.

At TICO Terminal Services, employees are valued and compensated with a competitive benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K retirement plans, vacation days, and paid holidays. As a drug-free workplace, TICO prioritizes a professional and safe working environment.
