We are currently hiring a full-time, on-site supervisor to oversee operations within our warehousing sector. This role is critical as it manages the end-to-end activities of our warehouse teams, including the coordination of ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising over 20 employees directly, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and enforcing safety protocols. This position requires hands-on leadership with responsibilities such as staffing, scheduling, rewarding, and disciplining staff according to company policies and applicable laws. The supervisor will work closely with inventory control teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies and will continuously update operational procedures to improve performance and compliance. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Ability to interpret reports and documentation related to inventory and logistics

Job Duties

Review inbound appointment log and open order report daily
Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics
Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly
Assign workers to specific duties based on workload and shipping schedules
Update operational procedures and communicate them to warehouse associates
Track productivity and qualify performance by individual, function, and department
Work with Inventory Control to ensure high inventory accuracy
Manage department payroll
Advise employees on handling and shipping of items and use of equipment
Trace item discrepancies and recommend remedial actions
Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
Issue written and oral instructions
Ensure proper safety procedures are followed
Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances
