The supervisor also regularly visits various workforce locations to ensure uniform application of cultural and training initiatives and communicates progress and achievements within the department.
From an administrative perspective, the Supervisor manages training records, reports, and content through multiple platforms such as Goodwill NCT Academy and third-party systems like Pryor.com. The role also involves organizing regular all-staff meetings, maintaining updated manuals and resource files, and coordinating logistic aspects such as agenda creation and facility preparation.
This position demands a highly organized, energetic professional with a bachelor's degree at minimum (a master’s degree preferred) and at least three years of experience in training program development and implementation or a related area. Familiarity with remote learning technology tools and software is essential, with a strong technical background highly favored. Prior supervisory experience, CPR certification, and CPR training certification are preferred. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovation in training methods, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage change within an evolving organizational environment.
