Job Requirements
- high school graduate or GED
- 3 to 5 years related experience
- previous related supervisor or management experience preferred
- ability to manage a service department with strong customer service skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to analyze data and organize work
- detail oriented
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or GED
- bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- previous supervisor or management experience in materials management preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- ability to analyze data and organize work efficiently
Job Duties
- manage receiving and distribution of incoming freight and equipment
- distribute supplies to hospital departments in a timely and professional manner
- direct entry of receiving and inventory transactions into system
- manage central supply replenishment and maintenance of medical supplies
- supervise and assign duties to staff in materials management and related services
- prepare financial, personnel, and budget reports
- collaborate with department leaders to optimize inventory levels and supply availability
