Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED diploma
  • Three years of customer service or airline experience or one year of JetBlue Customer Experience experience
  • One year of leadership or supervision experience, preferably in the airline industry with a focus on performance or dependability
  • Capable of maintaining self-discipline and functioning with minimal supervision
  • Well-versed in policies, standard practices, and contractual agreements
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Displays ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experienced in managing multiple cases or projects to resolution
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of fostering open relations with crewmembers and peers
  • Ability to effectively coach and manage conflicts
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerApps
  • Able to travel for meetings (10%)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US
  • Authorization to work in the US required
  • Position not eligible for visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple cases or projects to resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Capable of fostering open relations with inflight crewmembers and peers
  • Skilled in coaching and conflict management
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerApps
  • Able to travel for company or industry meetings
  • Authorization to work in the US required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test

Job Duties

  • Conduct and lead investigatory meetings for performance and dependability concerns
  • Collaborate with inflight base/general managers, inflight directors/VP, and labor and crew relations to enhance crewmember performance
  • Partner with base supervisors to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Continuously refine processes, procedures, and protocols to improve performance and dependability metrics
  • Engage in constructive dialogues with crewmembers to provide feedback and address concerns
  • Review documentation and determine disciplinary outcomes
  • Notify crewmembers of potential progressive guidance triggers and lead investigatory meetings
  • Foster positive relationships with frontline crewmembers through communication, coaching, and recognition
  • Lead and participate in performance-related projects and initiatives
  • Participate in leadership flying opportunities during irregular operations and to recognize outstanding crewmembers
  • Review crewmember absences under federal and state leave entitlements
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
