This full-time position is based in Kansas City, Missouri, and offers an annual salary range of $63,500 to $85,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. The primary responsibility is to supervise staff and processes related to the accurate and timely posting of income transactions involving stocks, bonds, mutual funds, money market funds, and non-marketable assets. Key functions include supervising the free movement of assets held by trusts, managing special asset transaction processes such as Limited Partnerships and hedge funds, ensuring all audit and compliance activities are up to date, and maintaining seamless department workflow. The supervisor will lead, coach, and train team members while maintaining clear communication about priorities and decisions. Additionally, this role involves developing conversion and testing plans for system enhancements and ensuring these initiatives are executed without defects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and intermediate knowledge of securities and income processing standards enhances the effectiveness of this role. Overall, this position provides a unique opportunity to lead within a dynamic wealth operations environment that values accuracy, client focus, and employee growth.
