The role available at Benchmark involves assigning and coordinating activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing, and inspecting assemblies and subassemblies. As a team lead or supervisor, the successful candidate will analyze production schedules, assign jobs based on priority and worker skillsets, and evaluate employee performance. In addition to overseeing daily production activities, the role requires implementing company policies and procedures, reviewing work orders and product specifications, and managing requisitions for tools, equipment, and supplies important to the section’s function. Keeping accurate records such as operations data on yield, scrap, and maintenance costs forms part of the responsibility to support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence.

Job Requirements
