Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years work experience in healthcare, hotel, or equivalent housekeeping
  • At least two years supervisory or lead experience
  • Ability to work full-time onsite with 80 hours per pay period
  • Availability to work every other weekend with shifts from 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years work experience in healthcare, hotel, or equivalent housekeeping
  • At least two years supervisory or lead experience
  • Ability to train housekeeping staff in healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with JCAHO, Department of Health, or other regulatory audits preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Management, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Certification as Registered Executive Housekeeper or Certified Executive Housekeeper preferred
  • Experience managing culturally diverse staff preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee and supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Manage staff scheduling and job assignments
  • Conduct performance management for housekeeping staff
  • Provide training for housekeeping personnel
  • Serve as primary contact for Environmental Services needs
  • Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery
