Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years work experience in healthcare, hotel, or equivalent housekeeping
- At least two years supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to work full-time onsite with 80 hours per pay period
- Availability to work every other weekend with shifts from 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years work experience in healthcare, hotel, or equivalent housekeeping
- At least two years supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to train housekeeping staff in healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with JCAHO, Department of Health, or other regulatory audits preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Management, Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Certification as Registered Executive Housekeeper or Certified Executive Housekeeper preferred
- Experience managing culturally diverse staff preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations
- Manage staff scheduling and job assignments
- Conduct performance management for housekeeping staff
- Provide training for housekeeping personnel
- Serve as primary contact for Environmental Services needs
- Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery
