The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction that the brand represents. Collaboration is key; you will coordinate maintenance needs by partnering with Engineering and Property Operations teams to resolve repair issues swiftly.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support housekeeping operations directly when necessary by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties, ensuring service levels are consistently maintained. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to perform hands-on housekeeping duties
