Job Duties
- Supervise the housekeeping team
- lead, train, oversee, and evaluate room attendants and housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- oversee room readiness
- assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies
- oversee operational logistics
- monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
- coordinate maintenance needs
- partner with engineering and property operations to address repair and maintenance issues
- support housekeeping operations
- perform room attendant and houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels

- address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
