Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a captivating touring experience that brings the magic of the beloved Harry Potter series to life for fans around the world. Presented by Imagine Exhibitions Inc., this unique exhibition offers guests an immersive journey through the iconic movie sets, featuring authentic film props, exclusive behind-the-scenes perspectives, and engaging interactive elements. This role is a leadership position within the live entertainment and sales division, seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years of leadership experience specifically in live entertainment and sales contexts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personnel supervision coupled with proactive skills in flow management and in-store planning. This position involves overseeing all aspects of sales, customer service, team training, loss prevention, and the processing of online sales transactions. The leader will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging visitor experience through effective team management and operational excellence.

The position requires a dynamic individual capable of maintaining rigorous compliance with company standards, managing schedules, payroll, and labor budgets, as well as driving additional sales revenue through upselling strategies, particularly in ticketing and photo services. The leader will also handle inventory management, including the administration of incoming and outgoing shipments, damaged goods, and internal stock transfers. An essential part of the role is assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training to sustain a high-performing and knowledgeable workforce.

Cost control and efficiency are crucial components of this role, with the leader expected to manage operational expenses carefully while promoting a positive, respectful work environment centered on integrity and enthusiastic guest interactions. This also includes acting as a resourceful expert on the products and show content, supporting both guests and team members alike. Financial processes such as cash handling, resolving variances, and troubleshooting point-of-sale system challenges will also fall under the leader's responsibility.

The work environment is fast-paced and often loud, requiring physical stamina to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and reach throughout shifts. This onsite position demands flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. The pay range for this role is $23.00 per hour at the HPX Denver location, offering a competitive hourly wage consistent with the expectations and expertise required for this pivotal role in delivering a world-class exhibition experience.

Job Duties
