The Ground Operations Supervisor role at Veho is a hands-on leadership position critical to the smooth running of warehouse operations. As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse associates and leads, coaching and developing the team to ensure operational excellence, and maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the warehouse. This role entails not only managing daily operational activities but also providing values-based leadership to meet key performance metrics and build a cohesive, motivated team. You'll coordinate scheduling, cross-functional communication, and ensure that logistic packages are processed accurately and on time.

The role demands quick thinking and agility in a fast-paced environment, where you will thrive by proactively managing both people and logistics technology. Veho operates on a flexible schedule model with shifts typically from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between Sunday and Wednesday, although coverage across a 24-hour period is required to meet business needs. Working in Veho's warehouses involves physically active work such as standing for the duration of a shift, lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, and operating in varying temperature conditions.
