The Supervisor Key Holder role is an integral support position within Perry Ellis retail operations, ensuring day-to-day store efficiency and success. This role supports the Store Manager by managing sales functions and store operations. The Supervisor Key Holder leads the sales team towards meeting efficiency targets and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supporting the store’s inventory management and replenishment, executing marketing and promotional directives, and assisting in training sales associates. This role demands a strong commitment to customer service, visual merchandising, operational excellence, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be a role model for the sales team, ensuring that customer needs remain the highest priority at all times. They will contribute to achieving excellent secret shopper scores and maintain impeccable store appearance and visual distinction. Additionally, this role requires strong communication skills to support the Store Manager in staff motivation, conflict management, and human resource standards. The Supervisor Key Holder will also play a vital role in merchandise pricing strategies, floor replenishment, inventory communication, and the execution of store strategy aligned with corporate initiatives.
