About the Role: The Supervisor Key Holder position is an integral support role aimed at ensuring the efficient daily operations of retail stores under the Perry Ellis umbrella. This role supports the Store Manager in various operational and sales management functions to maximize the store’s performance and customer satisfaction. As a Supervisor Key Holder, the individual will lead by example, motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve their goals related to store efficiency and exceptional customer service. The role involves ensuring the store is properly stocked, executing marketing and promotional directives, and supporting the training and development of sales associates.

The Supervisor Key Holder will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand standards and effectively communicating merchandise knowledge to customers. They will also assist in interpreting sales and inventory reports, contributing to action plans that drive business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for fostering a positive team atmosphere and managing conflict when necessary.

This position requires a proactive approach to operational responsibilities, including managing staff schedules, complying with company policies, maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, and adhering to loss prevention protocols. Job Duties

  • Function as a role model ensuring customers remain the top priority

  • ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
  • demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results
  • promote merchandise and demonstrate product knowledge to customers

  • support replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor as needed
