The company takes pride in its award-winning workplace culture, recognized repeatedly by Great Place to Work and Fortune as one of the World's Best Workplaces. Hilton's mission focuses on filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel valued and cared for, and where team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
The Front Office Supervisor role at Hilton is a pivotal position that directly influences the guests' first and last impressions of their stay. This role involves leading the daily operations of the front office team to ensure smooth, efficient service and an exceptional hospitality experience. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising team members as they execute front office procedures, including check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest service delivery. This leadership position requires creating team schedules, assigning tasks, running pre-shift meetings, and offering ongoing training and feedback to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
In addition to team management, the Front Office Supervisor also plays a key role in guest issue resolution. You will handle inquiries and resolve concerns, supporting your team in managing complex or escalated situations with professionalism and empathy. Managing the lobby's flow is another critical aspect of the job, requiring real-time adjustments to team coverage to maintain service efficiency during peak and slow periods.
At Hilton, the values of hospitality are deeply embedded in the work culture. A successful Front Office Supervisor demonstrates integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a proactive mindset focused on the present moment. These core values are essential to fostering both guest satisfaction and a supportive team environment. Hilton offers a supportive and inclusive workplace that emphasizes not just guest hospitality but also the wellbeing and development of its team members.
Working as a Front Office Supervisor at Hilton means joining an organization that invests heavily in the professional growth and personal welfare of its employees. The company provides a range of exceptional benefits, including incredible travel perks where team members can enjoy significantly discounted hotel stays globally through the Go Hilton travel program. Employees also benefit from an employee stock purchase program offering Hilton shares at a discount, paid parental leave, and personalized caregiving and crisis concierge support to help navigate personal challenges. Mental health resources are available, and the company offers generous paid time off alongside comprehensive health and welfare plans, including medical and dental coverage. Financial security is promoted through robust retirement plans.
Joining Hilton means becoming part of a community dedicated to excellence in hospitality and committed to supporting each team member's journey. Whether you are beginning your career or seeking new opportunities in the hospitality industry, Hilton provides a foundation for growth and success. The hospitality provided here extends beyond guests to include a nurturing and rewarding workplace environment where careers flourish.
