Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good decision making skills
  • ServSafe certification within first six months of hire

  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Good organizational and decision-making skills

  • Good computer skills desirable

Job Duties

  • Supervise activities of Dining Services employees
  • Engage with staff and customers to ensure great customer service
  • Coordinate food preparation focusing on safety and nutrition
  • Manage cash register and sales reports including doctors’ accounts and billing
  • Walk around dining areas to maintain operations and address any issues
