- ServSafe certification within first six months of hire

Job Duties
- Supervise activities of Dining Services employees
- Engage with staff and customers to ensure great customer service
- Coordinate food preparation focusing on safety and nutrition
- Manage cash register and sales reports including doctors’ accounts and billing
- Walk around dining areas to maintain operations and address any issues
