Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, training or experience required
- Minimum 3 years experience in food service or related field
- Ability to read and speak English
- Good organization and decision making skills
- ServSafe certification within first 6 months of hire
- Good computer skills desirable

Job Duties
- Supervise dining services employees
- Engage and coordinate activities of dining services team
- Ensure provision of safe and nutritious food
- Focus on providing great customer service by managing and walking around
- Manage cash register and sales reports
- Handle doctors' accounts and billing
- Monitor dining service operations for quality and efficiency
