Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, training or experience required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service or related field
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Good organization and decision making skills
  • ServSafe certification within first 6 months of hire
  • Good computer skills desirable

Job Duties

  • Supervise dining services employees
  • Engage and coordinate activities of dining services team
  • Ensure provision of safe and nutritious food
  • Focus on providing great customer service by managing and walking around
  • Manage cash register and sales reports
  • Handle doctors' accounts and billing
  • Monitor dining service operations for quality and efficiency
