The role of Assistant Supervisor at the Noodle Bar is designed for a detail-oriented leader who excels at teamwork and communication. This position plays a critical part in overseeing the team members, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment. As Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising restaurant Line Servers and Bus Persons, managing scheduling according to business needs, and supporting the Manager with various projects and incentives that promote team motivation and harmony.
In this high-energy setting, your leadership will help ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and customers receive a safe, pleasant dining experience. Your duties include conducting daily pre-shift meetings, assigning side duties effectively, tracking shift reports, and providing feedback to team members. You will be expected to uphold Bally's Casino's policies and procedures and contribute to a team atmosphere that encourages constructive feedback and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to follow Bally's Casino Shreveport's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Basic knowledge of scheduling and staff management
- Ability to maintain a positive and motivating team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Assists in the daily operation of the Noodle Bar
- Assists in supervising all Team Members in accordance with Bally's Casino Shreveport's policies and procedures
- Maintains scheduling of Team Members in conjunction with business volumes and established guidelines set by Culinary Department
- Anticipates Team Members' needs and is responsible for following through with projects/matters to fulfill those needs
- Maintains accurate daily shift reports and communicates information to Manager
- Assists Manager with team atmosphere by developing/maintaining an incentive program to motivate and inspire Team Members
- Assigns appropriate side duties to all Team members and follows up with those assignments to ensure their timely and total completion
