Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of directly related work experience or master's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage and supervise staff
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory compliance standards
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and emergency responses
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Two years of directly related work experience
  • Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to supervise staff and manage vendor relationships
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience with budget management and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee maintenance and operation of buildings including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Supervise MEP personnel and vendors including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Manage budgets related to building maintenance including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
  • Act as point of contact for building managers and resolve maintenance-related issues
