Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of directly related work experience or master's degree or equivalent
- Ability to manage and supervise staff
- Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and emergency responses
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Two years of directly related work experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to supervise staff and manage vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with budget management and contract administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Oversee maintenance and operation of buildings including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Supervise MEP personnel and vendors including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans
- Manage budgets related to building maintenance including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
- Act as point of contact for building managers and resolve maintenance-related issues
