The Environmental Services Manager plays a critical role within Baptist Health, providing direct supervision, guidance, and leadership to all environmental staff members. This role ensures that all environmental services delivered are comprehensive, proactive, and tailored to meet the needs of the populations served. The Manager assures that services comply with all regulatory and professional standards, maintaining a high level of efficiency and appropriateness in environmental services. As a member of the leadership team, the Environmental Services Manager represents the Manager in executing functions related to Environmental Services when necessary. The position offers an hourly pay range of $21.24 to $27.61, commensurate with experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment conducive to quality healthcare delivery.

Job Requirements

- Minimum three years supervisory experience
- Previous environmental services experience preferred
