Job Requirements

  • Some college education
  • Two years experience in a leadership role in dining services
  • Knowledge of fine dining service, table set-up, and proper service procedures
  • Two years experience with Microsoft Suites and basic office skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated stable work history
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push or pull a minimum of 90 pounds
  • Able to read, write and understand English
  • Able to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Able to adapt to any variety of job duties and situations
  • Required to work flexible hours, such as during staffing shortages and emergencies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house dining operations
  • Manage tray line service and meal delivery to resident rooms
  • Support and supervise dietary aides and stewards
  • Ensure accurate and safe meal service procedures
  • Promote a high level of hospitality and teamwork
  • Assist in maintaining service quality under the direction of management
  • Adapt to variable job duties and emergency staffing needs
