Job Requirements
- High school diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in food stands, food service, or event-based operations
- prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales according to local and state regulations
- maintain valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent certification for alcohol service
- comply with state-specific alcohol training requirements
- food handler certification may be required depending on regulations
Job Qualifications

- valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), or equivalent certification for alcohol service

- food handler certification may be required depending on state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Supervise food stands, kiosks, portable locations, and grab-and-go or self-service stores as applicable
- assign staff to food stands and adjust coverage based on volume and operational needs
- conduct pre-event or shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and tasks
- address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management as necessary
- support onboarding and training of staff and food stand leaders
- lift and move items frequently up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- perform additional tasks as assigned which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
