The position of Supervisor de alimentos at Sodexo, based at Our Lady of the Lake, offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team within the food service industry. This is a full-time role with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18, depending on experience and qualifications. The role requires flexibility as employees may work varying shifts with an open availability preferred. As a Food Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of food service employees under site management direction. This includes coordinating tasks related to fast food and casual dining, coffee service/counter service, dining rooms, events/banquets, casual meals, and cafeterias.
In this role, the Supervisor acts as a key figure to enhance quality of life by ensuring smooth operations, providing leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You will support site management by supervising routine functions and guiding employees to perform their roles effectively. Ensuring a safe work environment for all staff is paramount, and you will facilitate orientation and ongoing training programs to help team members succeed.
