The resort features a vibrant Event Center that hosts a wide array of live performances and events, attracting diverse audiences and high-profile acts. The establishment prides itself on maintaining a high standard of service, operational excellence, and fostering a positive work culture where team members can thrive and develop professionally.

The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating with multiple departments—including Guest Services, Ushers, and VIP personnel—to guarantee successful event execution. This role involves extensive collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to manage customer relations, especially in addressing complaints before and during events. This includes overseeing will-call operations at the Event Center and complying with ticketing laws. The Supervisor also plays a vital role in system upgrades and maintenance, working with the IT Department and vendors to enhance operational capabilities. This position demands strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years of experience in box office or a similar environment, complemented by financial analysis skills for generating detailed reports. Prior leadership experience is highly preferred. The role may require obtaining and maintaining a gaming license as stipulated by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission. Physical demands include the ability to work in a high-volume environment with responsibilities that may include standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 40 pounds occasionally.
