Supervisors will be tasked with auditing the daily activities of Parking Guest Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, highlighting areas for improvement while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to lead by example, and a hands-on approach that includes filling in for frontline roles when necessary.

Candidates who join The Parking Spot not only engage in a dynamic and rewarding work environment but also gain access to comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays for those eligible.
