Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies in the world, operating a diverse portfolio of upscale and traditional bowling centers, waterparks, amusement parks, and family entertainment centers. Established in 1997 with a single bowling center, the company has expanded remarkably to include 360 bowling centers, five waterparks, a large amusement park in California, and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers in major markets. Employing 14,000 associates and generating nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue, Lucky Strike thrives on hospitality and is dedicated to delivering memorable and exceptional experiences for every guest on every visit. The company’s commitment to excellence has redefined the entertainment industry and created a powerhouse brand known for its dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.

The Supervisor role at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an exciting opportunity to join this thriving environment where every day is different and filled with engaging challenges. This position requires an individual who is active, dynamic, and capable of assuming operational responsibility for a center in the absence of senior management, including the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Supervisors are essential to ensuring that service standards are upheld with consistency and quality, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and overall center performance. This is a full-time position with hourly pay ranging from $23 to $28, providing competitive compensation along with performance-based incentives.

The Supervisor will handle a wide range of responsibilities that revolve around guest service, sales, team leadership, and operational oversight. Being a champion for guests is paramount, involving not only delivering exceptional service but also soliciting and responding to valuable feedback, and promptly resolving any complaints. Supervisors play a pivotal role in maximizing business opportunities by executing targeted marketing strategies, particularly focusing on league activities and open play bowling sessions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with league participants and officers is also a key responsibility.

In addition to managing guest experiences, Supervisors assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff members to create a talented and motivated team. Leadership is exercised daily through effective motivation, leveraging individual team member strengths, and working alongside the team to promote productivity and guest satisfaction. Supervisors also actively contribute to the success of the center’s Food & Beverage program by ensuring high-quality standards, providing training and supervision, and fostering a culture of sales excellence. Flexibility is required, as the role demands the ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.

This role is ideal for dedicated team players who are seeking opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. While entry-level, this Supervisor position is often seen as a stepping stone to management roles, offering the chance to learn the intricacies of center operations, develop leadership capabilities, and gain increased responsibilities. Candidates who join Lucky Strike will find themselves part of a passionate team focused on delivering world-class experiences and committed to personal and professional development.

Overall, the Supervisor role at Lucky Strike Entertainment combines operational management, team leadership, and guest service excellence within one of the most respected entertainment companies globally, offering both rewarding work and ample opportunities for advancement.
