Job Description

The Parking Spot is the largest near-airport parking company in the United States, boasting over 25 years of operation and employing more than 2,000 dedicated team members across 40+ nationwide locations. This well-established company operates with a unique Employee Ownership Program, allowing every employee to receive a direct financial stake in the success and growth of The Parking Spot. As employee owners, team members are deeply invested in providing exceptional service to travelers and visitors at their locations, promoting a culture of teamwork, ownership, and commitment.

The company is currently seeking a full-time Supervisor for afternoon and evening shifts, offering a competitive pay rate of $19 per hour along with regular bonus opportunities. This role is vital in supporting management staff and ensuring smooth daily operations according to company standards. Supervisors play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality guest service by monitoring employee performance, safety of both customers and vehicles, and facility cleanliness. They are also instrumental in fostering a positive work environment by addressing the needs and concerns of both employees and customers effectively.

The Supervisor position comes with multiple benefits, such as participation in the employee ownership program, instant conditional job offers for standout candidates, opportunities to earn tips when filling in as a Shuttle Driver, consistent work schedules, and eligibility for medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans. Additional benefits include paid time off, vacation pay, paid holidays, and access to various training and professional development programs.

This role requires a hands-on approach where Supervisors may be asked to perform frontline positions, including Parking Guest Attendant and Shuttle Driver, to fill gaps and ensure operational efficiency. They must have strong organizational and communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities to effectively guide team members and uphold operational standards. Supervisors also have to ensure that all commercial vehicle operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and must manage employee shift coverage by contacting staff or personally filling in when necessary.

Moreover, The Parking Spot prides itself on its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company actively promotes a workplace where everyone—regardless of background—is respected, valued, and has equal opportunities to grow and contribute. This inclusive approach reflects The Parking Spot’s values and its role in the travel industry, bringing people together across different communities and cultures.

In summary, the Supervisor role at The Parking Spot offers a dynamic opportunity to be part of a well-established company that values employee input and growth while providing exceptional service to its customers. The position is suited to individuals with a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and customer service in a fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities for personal and professional development.
